Founder and Advocate of LeeLee’s Lighthouse Foundation.
Darlene started this foundation due to the murder of a dear friend's granddaughter QuinQalita Jackson nicknamed, LeeLee who was murdered by her ex-boyfriend August 25, 2011, in Austin, Texas. Darlene participated in over 120 hours of training for Domestic Violence/Sexual Abuse Education at Safe Place in Austin Texas. This enabled her to understand the mindset of victims and violators which would arm her to be a public advocate for her foundation.
